How many sessions will I need?

Because we work directly with the subconscious root cause rather than just discussing the symptoms, change happens efficiently. While everyone’s history is unique, most clients begin noticing immediate differences after the first session and meaningful shifts within 3 to 6 sessions.

What does a session actually feel like?
