Many clients come to me feeling stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break—whether it’s anxiety, relationship challenges, unwanted habits, self-doubt, or emotional pain. Through clinical hypnotherapy, I help uncover and release what no longer serves you, reconnect with your authentic self, and create meaningful, sustainable transformation.
Training & Background
I received my formal training from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute in Tarzana, California—a nationally accredited college specializing in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Mind-Body Psychology. There, I earned both my Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and an Associate of Occupational Studies in Mind-Body Psychology. This rigorous foundation allows me to bridge the gap between behavioral change and physical regulation, giving you the tools to experience a deeper level of healing where your automatic patterns actually live.
How did you get started doing this kind of work?
I do this work and share it with others because it is truly my soul’s calling and passion in life. I found hypnotherapy in the process of going through my own healing journey and fell in love with it. It showed me a whole world I didn’t know existed, a place within myself that is vast and magical. A place where I have access to heal and integrate the parts of myself that were hurt, forgotten, misunderstood, or lost. Hypnotherapy changed my life and helped me to become the version of myself I always dreamed of being, but did not know how to reach.
What types of people have you worked with?
I work with individuals who are at the end of their rope, those who feel like life is too heavy and are desperately needing a break. I help my clients to heal, process, and grow to realize they were whole all along.
